Parkview Wabash Education Center
The Parvkiew Wabash Education Center was started as a dream the museum leadership had to engage younger families and provide a space where play and learning could be combined. With the support of our generous sponsors, the Parkview Wabash Education Center is an indoor, year round center for families to engage local history with creativity and imaginative play.
The Parkview Wabash Education Center features a variety of components and activities to engage families into local history through hands on learning. Included in this space are a farmhouse, round barn, reading canal boat, theater stage, train table, and climbing tree. Each feature allows kids to combine imaginative play with local history learning.
The space is ever changing including rotating activities, changes and additions to the components, and occasional temporary exhibits. Bring the family and enjoy this kid-friendly space year round as part of your daily admission or membership benefit at the museum.
