The Wabash County Historical Museum is pleased to offer you a new classroom resource! The Wabash County Historical Museum Education Committee has worked throughout this past summer, fall, and winter on a new resource for the area schools—Traveling Trunks.
This resource became a reality through the hard work of several area teachers and a grant from the Community Foundation of Wabash County. These traveling trunks are available for classroom use.
These trunks can be checked out on a weekly basis. If you are interested in collaborating with other teachers in your building and want to extend the loan period, arrangements can be made.
Please call to make arrangements to pick up the trunk at the museum. To allow time to prepare the trunk for the next classroom, please return the trunk by 11:00 am on the Saturday following your designated week.
We sincerely hope you utilize this FREE resource! To schedule, simply call Emily at (260)563-9070, or send her an e-mail at emilyp@wabashmuseum.org.
